OurEthos

Committed to open standards and attention to consent.

Principles
1

Openness

Every schema, every line of code and every database definition is published under open licences. Nothing the people this serves depend on can be hidden from them, or taken away.

2

Governance

A non-profit with a real budget and professional engineers on payroll, governed by a board of sex workers. Decisions are made by the people who carry their consequences - and the minutes are public.

3

Dignity

Portable profiles, fair pricing, data owned by the person it describes. Consent, safety and privacy are engineering requirements, not marketing. The infrastructure serves the worker - never the other way around.

4

Support

Technology is only half the work. The foundation funds access to counselling, legal aid and exit routes for anyone who wants them - and runs free web-development courses, so the people the platform serves can build, audit and own it.
